CES 2011 has kicked off and The404 team is out to cover the hottest technology. They lay off the predictions this year, but they take a look at last year’s top products to see if the made the cut with consumers. Here’s another Google Demo Slam out of Japan. Some trendsetting Japanese girls try on clothes using nothing but a projector and Google image search. It’s an interesting way to put on a virtual fashion show. All you need to do it put on some white clothes and project the style you want to wear. You can “try” on clothes without changing.

Google has some new online videos demonstrating their various technologies. The boring tech demos are a thing of the past with the creativity of Google users. One of the top slam is skydiving in Japan. These guys use Google Earth to do some virtual skydiving over Japan. Think Japanese game show meets Google Earth.
