Jeremy Lin landed a Nike deal when he first joined the NBA and got expanded with his magical LINsanity run. His latest endorsement deal is with car manufacturer Volvo. Dynamic, innovative and understated – words that can be used to describe Volvo also apply to their newest family member Jeremy Lin. Volvo is proud to announce that basketball superstar Jeremy Lin will be featured in 2012 marketing initiatives in China and the US.
Jeremy Lin decided to do the partnership based on fundamentals and continued progress. The crew at channelAPA.com has seen this commercial several times over the past week or so. In the commercial, a Chinese couple is at a Honda dealership asking about the Accord. Like good Chinese bargainers, the couple speaks in Mandarin to each other to get the scoop on what each other is thinking. Then, let the negotiations on a new car deal begin. Little does the Chinese couple know that the salesman can speak Mandarin.
