The Fast and Furious 4 tops box office

The Fast and the Furious 4 had the best opening weekend of any movie so far this year. The film made an estimated $72.5 million to become the king of the box office this weekend. $30.1 million came in on Friday alone. The movie already made more than the previous installment, 2006’s ” The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift” which made a total of $62.5 million. Congrats to director Justin Lin! This might be the highest opening weekend ever for an Asian-American director in the U.S.
