Chef Eddie Huang concludes his Fresh Off The Boat series visit to Miami. He follows world famous Chef Creole to the heart of Little Haiti where food is paramount to the neighborhood’s steadfast Creole roots. The pair stop at Creole’s kitchen to chat about the community and trade techniques before grilling up a whole 100 lb pig and serving it up at the Miami Dolphins tailgate. Bookending Fresh off the Boat’s season 1 finale, Creole’s clan brings Eddie out on Biscayne Bay to barbecue steak and vibe out, Haitian style. Then it’s back on the boat, ready to gun it toward season two.
