In episode 2 of “Have Table Will Eat”, the Fung Bros lend their Homeboy-made baguettes in exchange for some traditional peking duck. Not only do they trade for duck, but they also learn to make it too. With several types of food gathered, the brothers create a merger of two culinary flavors with Asian fusion sandwiches.
