In episode 2 of The Fung Brothers Mess with Texas, the guys head out to the streets of Fort Worth’s historic Stockyards District. With a modern twist on cowboy customs, the brothers go on a segway tour of the area and finally get down and dirty with milking goats and shoveling manure! Eager for some southern grub, the Fung Bros head to Riscky’s Steakhouse and are presented with an unexpected lunch choice: crunchy Calf Frys — more commonly known as calf testicles – with gravy.
