You may not have heard of singer Lianah Sta Ana, but you will soon. The 11 year old songstress from New Jersey has been called the next “Charice” and a female version of “Justin Bieber”. Seriously crazy vocals coming out of this kid. Not only can this girl sing, but she can also play instruments. She’s been getting national attention after winning the Star of Tomorrow Champion at the Apollo Theater and representing Team USA to be the winner of 2 most coveted titles at 2010 World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in Hollywood, CA. She was among the 75,000 applicants who auditioned from 40 countries and was ultimately awarded the title of Junior Grand Champion Vocalist and Junior Grand Champion Performer of the World.
Lianah Sta Ana’s not even in junior high, yet her resume of accomplishments and accolades are enviable.
* Featured guest on “Good Day NY,” the morning show of New York City’s FOX 5.
* Invited to sing the National Anthem at Madison Square Garden during the Knicks vs Celtics 2011 Game 4 playoff game
* Appeared as an opening act for a benefit concert featuring Melba Moore, Tony award winner and Grammy nominated R&B/Gospel singer and actress.
*Performed at the 2010 US Tennis Open Championships during the Women’s Quarter Finals, Men’s Round of 16 at Center Court – Arthur Ashe Stadium

Even though the article says you are the next Charice,which is a great compliment, you are your own self and will have your own style and brand of singing. she has a nice voice, but not on the “charice” level, charice is some kind of a rare talent, next to her may not come on this generation

@she is what she is – what a lot a people are missing is, she is only 11 yrs old. Sure she is not at Charice’s level. But, where will she be at 18 yrs old? When she is Charice’s age. You could very well be right, she will be good in her own way. How good will she be a few years from now?
