Kid Heroes Productions/Xylophone Films are known for their work in the Asian American community with music videos including Trick Habit by Rocky Rivera. Love Affair by J-Ricz, Hopie Spitshard’s “Yummy”, Vox Merger’s “American Pie”, Bambu’s “Crooks and Rooks”, and Old Man Raps by Bambu . Now they’re working on music videos outside the community as well. They kick off 2011 with a music video for Jungle of Ones & Zeros by Bamm Tronics. The music video goes through the day dream of an office worker longing for something else besides work. You might find yourself doing some of these things at work.
Kid Heroes Productions/Xylophone Films aren’t the only ones working on projects outside the Asian American community. Last year, Wong Fu Productions worked on music videos including What Does It Take by Dave Days and Cali Cali Cali by Alyssa Bernal. We hope to see more of this broadening trend in 2011.
