The Golden State Warriors were blown out by the Los Angeles Lakers, but Jeremy Lin made the most of his minutes on the floor. Off the bench, he scored a season-high and career high 13 points in 17 minutes. Lin sank his first basket, an 18-footer from the left baseline, and finished 4-for-9 from the field and had two steals. He was also perfect on the free throw line making 5 of 5. The rookie was tied with Stephen Curry as the second leading scorer on the Warriors team for the game. Clearly, Lin needs more play time. Last time he played the Lakers, he had a bunch of his NBA firsts.
