Last month, PaperDoll was in Shanghai where they brought crowds to their feet at acclaimed Moa’s Livehouse, Yuyintang, and “overwhelmed audiences” at the World Expo. Actual TV headlines on the evening news about PaperDoll included “US Rock Band Overwhelms Expo Visitors”. The band has won over fans in Europe and Shanghai, but the live show tour‐de‐force started in the dirty perdy Lower East Side of New York City. They’ve appeared on a national commercial for Dayquil, FOX’s Good Day New York, The Today Show, MTV, and a slew of indie films including critically acclaimed The People I’ve Slept With. Often described as Gwen Stefani meets Green Day, PaperDoll’s unique blend of rock pop are gaining them friends all over the globe. The band also just landed a Nike Campaign airing in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
