Look for stylist Jeanie Syfu as one of the key characters along with the motion graphics animation of Annie Wu.

I’d love to say hair disasters like the one at Lauren’s fashion preview don’t happen in real life, but they do. I have a story of my own. I was booked for an editorial shoot on location in Harlem, and the forecast predicted heavy rain. We were doomed! After much debate, we decided to move the shoot to the clothing stylist’s apartment in Chelsea to avoid the rain. Once we shot the first of six looks, we realized we were better off sticking to the original location. So we went back to Harlem and did the entire shoot in the rain! I just made sure that the hairstyle was simple since it had to be redone five times. The photographer quickly snapped a great picture each time before the model’s hair was drenched. Even though I had my work cut out for me, the pictures were fantastic, and it was worth it.
