Dirty Little Secrets is back with episode 5, a two parter. As Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week draws near, Riley and Lauren are hard at work. Riley is still in search of the perfect time to tell her secret when she winds up naked as the truth in the city’s streets. Will she tell the truth before things get more complicated? Look for stylist Jeanie Syfu as one of the key characters along with the motion graphics animation of Annie Wu.

Riley and Danielle clash again at the hair test for Lauren’s fashion show in episode five. I always enjoy hair tests for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week shows that I style, as it builds the excitement for the main event. Last winter, I met with Charlotte Ronson and Tracy Reese to discuss the perfect styles to accompany their Fall 2010 collections. Tracy and I quickly decided soft curls were the perfect compliment to her feminine, yet edgy, pieces.

For Charlotte’s show, I tried out tying the turbans that completed the look of her retro designs. I was nervous about how they would go, but we nailed it once we were backstage and under pressure, the best way to work. See photos of my hair tests here
