Dirty Little Secret begins with Riley running to my chair at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, wanting me to cut off all of her hair. This might sound dramatic, but it happens all the time. The cause is usually an awful break-up with a boyfriend, and the woman wants a new identity. It can be empowering to get a new look and a sign of new beginnings. If I can help women do that, I’m all for it! I don’t always agree with how drastic some want to go, but I can usually gauge how far to take it so that they feel beautiful.

Now that Riley knows that the new boss (Lauren Bell) at her dream job and her new boyfriend are exes, she must decide whether to tell her secret. She runs to her best friend Malina for advice and makes her painful decision.
