Jin is wishing everyone a Happy Chinese New Year in New York’s Chinatown. As part of Chinese New Year tradition, red envelopes are usually handed out. Jin’s giving away a fistful of red envelopes. All you need to do is take his 2010 Chinese New Year Hip Hop Census.

It’s simple all you need to do is create a 1 minute or less video about how you fee about hip hop culture or the current state of hip hop. Love it? Hate it? You can sing, write a poem, dance, talk, or whatever. Jin even give you an example. On February 28, 2010, one video will be selected from the top 10 clips submitted and get the money.
