Last week, an Indonesian woman gave birth to a newborn baby boy, Akbar Risuddin, is thought to be Indonesia’s heaviest at a record 19.2 pounds an 2 feet long. (That’s like a sack of rice!) Doctors said the infant came into the world via a 40-minute Caesarean section. The large size of the baby was probably due to the mother’s gestational diabetes, which pumped too much glucose in the womb. It’s like giving birth to a 1 year old. Hope that kid is safe from the earthquakes in Indonesia.
