Here’s an interesting series of interviews with Daniel Henney. You get to know the actor personally as he share some of the things from his childhood, his life in Korea and his volunteer work. You can see Daniel Henney in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and the new fall TV show Three Rivers.
Daniel Henney talks about growing up Korean-American in a tiny farm town in Carson City, Michigan. His dad is American, his mom is Korean, and he grew up in an adopted family. Growing up in this environment made Daniel who he is today. One redefining moment was in the seventh grade, when he was involved in a fight because he was Asian.
Daniel talks about his favorite things to do in Seoul, Korea including jimjibang (special saunas), Korean food, shp[[ing, partying, and singing karaoke.
Daniel Henney talks about his involvement with the organization Compassion Friends in Korea. Over the past 4 years, he volunteers his time and utilizes his fame to help others and give back to the community.
