We agree with GT from A-tunes.net in his video about supporting Asian American artists in the music industry. That’s one of the reasons we started channelAPA.com. We really want to see Asian American artists succeed. Although it’s tough to breakthrough in Hollywood or the music industry, the internet has become an “equalizer” to a certain degree. We can see more and more artists gaining visibility online and building fan bases including Far East Movement, Wong Fu Productions, Ryan Higa, KevJumba, David Choi and more. We expect more changes to occur in the industry with the breakdown of how entertainment has traditionally been distributed and new models arise. Whether it’s film or music, find a way to support you favorite Asian American artists.
