Here’s what Sun Yue had to say in the post game interview:
On his Lakers debut this season:
“The coach has told me to always be ready and I am always ready for the game.”
On feeling nervous for playing in his first game:
“No. Not like before, when I played in the preseason games. I was a lot more relaxed and felt more comfortable. As a first game for me, it was not bad.”
On how excited the crowd was to see him play:
“Yes! I thought they were putting Kobe in! I think they like me, so I have to work harder for them so that I can make them scream louder!”
