Natalie Coughlin won a bronze medal in the women’s 200-meter individual medley. She continues to add to her Olympic medals. Earlier in the week she picked up gold in women’s 100 meter backstroke and silver in women’s 4×100 meters freestyle relay.
Australia’s Stephanie Rice set a world record with a time of 2:08.45 seconds, while Zimbabwe’s Kirsty Coventry finished second with a time of 2:08.59. Natalie Coughlin finished third with 2:10.34 for her bronze.
